Correct Contact Details
When booking, please make sure to provide correct data and times. For smooth communication, it is very important that you provide a mobile phone number that is always reachable. Please ensure that your device is set to 'loud' to be reachable.
Register Special Equipment
Wheelchairs, rollators, golf equipment, bulky luggage such as bicycles, snowboards or skis must be registered in advance.
Pet Transport
Important Regulations
Any type of pet, regardless of size, must be transported in an appropriate transport box and in the luggage compartment. Never in the passenger compartment! WITHOUT EXCEPTION!
If the driver arrives and the animal is not in a suitable box, half of the agreed amount will be due even without the trip.

In our planning, we always consider your punctual arrival - this is our top priority. Therefore, we ask you to adhere to the agreed pickup time.

Should you still be late, we are forced to charge a waiting time fee for waiting times of more than 5 minutes:
Airport Exceptions
Waiting times at airports, bus stations, etc., for which our customers have no control or influence, are EXCLUDED from this. We understand arriving passengers and possible delays of flights, trains, etc. Please inform us by phone as soon as possible when you have the opportunity.
Cancellation Terms

Booked trips can be canceled free of charge 4 hours before pickup. We also understand unforeseeable events that can occur at short notice.
