The use is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract fulfillment) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient appointment management).

Google may transfer data to the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of data protection.
